The Natural Product Standard was developed for natural and organic products of all kinds, with the exception of cosmetics, for which the BDIH has already developed a standard that is now incorporated into the COSMOS standard for natural and organic cosmetics. Also not included are products that are certified in accordance with the EU Organic Farming Regulation and equivalent specifications, which include, in particular, organic foods

However, since there is a wealth of natural products for which there are no independent and reliable control marks, BDIH has initiated the Natural Product Standard, which is managed by Natural Product Standard GmbH.

Due to our worldwide experience, we are entrusted with the company-independent control and the awarding of the control mark.
